Case report

Following videos show a case of prenatal torcular herophili thrombosis diagnosed in the second trimester.

Videos 1 and 2: Transabdominal ultrasound of the fetal head shows a cystic lesion in the posterior fossa with blood clots within suggesting torcular herophili thrombosis.

Videos 3-6: Transvaginal ultrasound in sagittal and axial planes allows better visualization of the intracranial structures. Color doppler images show lack of blood flow inside the lesion.
