Case report
This videos show two different cases of atrioventricular septal defects diagnosed in the first trimester.
Case 1 - Video 1: a 29 year-old woman (G1P0) with unremarkable history. Atrioventricular septal defect was diagnosed at 12 weeks of pregnancy. Fetal demise ocurrs one week later. Video of the four chamber view shows absent crux of the heart.
