Case report
Following 2D, Doppler and specimen images show a case of cesarian section pregnancy seen in the first trimester.Unsuccessfully treated with single dose of intraamniotic methotrexate and 2 doses of intramuscular methotrexate injection, we performed an hysterectomy.
