This is a video clip of a left-sided diaphragmatic hernia with rather subtle findings. They include:

• Dextroposition of the heart (which is shifted to the right but appears normal)
• An odd-shaped and odd-positioned stomach (no large stomach side by side with the heart in this case).
• The scaphoid appearance of the lower abdomen -instead of "bulging out" the abdomen is depressed in !
