An 20-year-old G1P0 was referred to our department at 36th week of pregnancy. Ultrasound investigation revealed polyhydramnios with classical "double bubble" sign of duodenal atresia. Karyotype was normal (46, XX). The baby was delivered at 39th week of pregnancy (3100 g.). Operation and postoperative course was normal.
