21 years-old primigravida scanned at 23rd week of gestation, with unremarkable family and environmental history. The biometry of the fetus was equivalent to 21 weeks 2 days. We found an isolated transverse hemimelia of the left forearm. No other abnormalities were detected, nevertheless the patient chose to terminate the pregnancy. These are a few of images we obtained.
