Case report
A 24-year old (G1P0) with unremarkable history was sent to our unit at 20 weeks of pregnancy to routine exam, because she had an acute episode of colitis treated with corcicosteroid therapy with a dose of 120 mg/day.Our ultrasound examination revealed dilated bowel loops in the abdominal cavity without polyhydramnios or fetal ascites.The diagnosis of jejuno-ileal atria was suspected and confirmed after birth.
