This is a case of a liver cyst in a male fetus. Here are some of the images that we obtained.

Images 1, 2. Second trimester transverse 2D scans of the fetal abdomen at the level of stomach showing cystic structure in the liver.

Images 3, 4. Image 3 - second trimester sagittal thoracoabdominal 2D scan showing cystic structure in the liver localized anteriorly. Image 4 - male gender of the fetus (liver cysts are more commonly seen in female fetuses).
