This is a fetus referred at 35 weeks + 6 days because of polyhydramnios and dilated loops of bowel seen elsewhere. The ultrasound confirmed polyhydramnios.  Bowel was extremely dilated with meconium within it.  Hyperechoic foci were also noted. At birth, the baby had meconium peritonitis secondary to jejunal atresia.
