This is a 30-year-old woman with normal scans at 13, 22 and 32 weeks. The triple test was normal. The amniotic fluid was normal during the entire pregnancy. The patient came to our unit for delivery. A scan was performed to estimate the fetal weight (girl, 3500g). The scan revealed a right pyelectasis associated with ureter dilatation. The diagnosis of right mega-ureter was made. The delivery occurred a few days later. At day 4, a postnatal scan confirmed the diagnosis of right mega-ureter with homo-lateral pyelectasis. Cystography confirmed the probable diagnosis of isolated right vesico-ureteral reflux.
