Case report

Following images and videos show a case of microcephaly, micrognathia, and probable neuromuscular disorder leading to polyhydramnios and clubfeet. The patient was 21-year-old primigravida that was seen at 28 weeks of her pregnancy. Biometry of the fetal head corresponded to 20 weeks; abdominal circumference corresponded to 24 weeks; and biometry of the limbs corresponded to 27 weeks of gestation. Following images were obtained.
