Case report

The following images show a case of the posterior urethral valves diagnosed at 13 weeks of a pregnancy. (Note that the amniotic fluid is still abundant)

Images 1, 2: The images show dilated urinary bladder of the fetus. The image 1 shows the typical keyhole appearance of the dilated urinary bladder and proximal urethra due to posterior urethral valves outlet obstruction.
