Case report

The images and video below show several anomalies in a fetus with Trisomy 21 obtained at 33 weeks of pregnancy.

Images 1, 2: Image 1 - transverse plane through the upper abdomen showing "double bubble" sign related to duodenal stenosis. Image 2 shows parasagittal planes showing hypoplastic kidneys.

Images 3, 4: Images show four chamber view of the heart with atrioventricular valvular alignment (mitral and ventricular valve are inserted at the same level) and septum primum defect.

Images 5, 6: Images show four chamber view of the heart with atrioventricular valvular alignment (mitral and ventricular valve are inserted at the same level) and septum primum defect.

Images 7, 8: Gray scale and color Doppler images at the level of the four-chamber view showing septum primum defect.

Images 9, 10: Image 9 shows fetal profile with normal nasal bone; Image 10 shows fetal hand with brachydactyly.
