This is a video clip demonstrating a fetus with trisomy 21. This fetus had the following features:

Normal interval growth at 36 weeks,

Ductal agenesis with infrahepatic return,

normal appearing atrial septum,

Liver calcifications and

Hypoplastic nasal spine [not demonstarted here].
The rest of the examination was not very contributive due to the position of the baby.
