Twin-reversed arterial perfusion syndrome (TRAP or Acardiac twin)

A 27-year-old G1P0 patient was referred to the laboratory ultrasound Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology in Moscow at 19 weeks. One twin has no anatomical anomalies. The other twin is an acardiac amorphus. Death occurred spontaneously at  29th week . Lack of blood flow in the umbilical cord of the amorphus was found at 25th week.
