Case report
Following images show a case of vanishing twin syndrome imitation a fetal chest mass of the alive fetus in 27 weeks of otherwise uncomplicated pregnancy.
Images 1-12: 27 weeks of pregnancy; the images show 2D and 3D scans of the fetus with a inhomogeneous "chest mass" between the fetal chest and placenta that turned out to be remnant of the vanishing twin.
